Social media, shoots, in-store print and Google Business Profile care for an Al Ain café, month after month since December 2024.
Context
Mandarin Lounge & Caffe is a café and lounge in Al Ain. Busy evenings, match nights and seasonal offers mean there is always something to say, and Instagram, TikTok and Google Maps are where new customers decide whether to visit.
The challenge
Our mid-2025 review found an inconsistent posting style and tone, Stories and Reels that were underused, and a Google Business Profile with few updates and reviews left unanswered.
What we did
We run Mandarin's Instagram and TikTok with monthly content calendars, regular shoots (from the first shoot in December 2024 to Ramadan and match-night sessions), Reels and paid promotion. We design menus, an offers brochure, table tents and stands, ran a mini-campaign for Emirati Women's Day in August 2026, audited the Google Business Profile and wrote templates so every review gets a considered reply.
